Cris works with people seeking progress with trauma, substance use, emotions, self-worth, self criticism, trust, identity and interpersonal issues. Cris has 18 years of hospital counselling experience and holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) from Yorkville University.

Cris practices from a person-centered framework, and his therapeutic approaches include CBT, DBT, CPT, mindful self-compassion, narrative therapy, IFS, and polyvagal theory. Cris is dedicated to helping people build their self worth, process their life experiences, and express themselves.

Generally yes however there are exceptions such as a risk to harm to yourself or others, suspected child abuse or complying with a court subpoena
